Cops: tell your landlady
Landlady: -doesn't come to work-
DK: -tells maint man instead-
Maint man: call the dog warden
Dog Warden: -takes report- and if it happens again after hours, call the cops
DK:... but they do nothing.. ono

yea.. landlady never showed up... dog warden guy came .. dunno what was done or said but 10 minutes ago the guy left those dogs out (i got vid) came back out with food and water and left them outside (got vid of that) then minutes later went chasing after the dogs who when across 2 parking lots and a street (i guess its a street... driveway? xD I dunno..) got one dog to follow him back, the other didn't so he LEFT IT OUT THERE... neighbor let the dog back into the building and knocked on their door. =/

Dog Warden is closed, they closed at 4... -A- no after hours because no one funds animal places enough for after hour issues.

I be they're gonna wait for 10pm again to put them outside.

and I bet they aren't cleaning up after the dogs either, seeing as how they're just being let out with NO super vision at all...



Then lady upstairs comes down with China (another dog in the building) >w<
Leash on dog, poo bag in hand, happy tail wag all over. Puppy hugs and kisses. I love China. >w< Oh her fur is sooo soft. THIS IS A PET OWNER PEOPLE! LOOK AT CHINA'S OWNER!! SHE IS A SHINING EXAMPLE OF A DOG OWNER!! >:x She's a nice lady too. <3

but yea.. if you are renting a house (or own) and you have a perfectly good yard... fence it up and let your dogs run free...

An apartment complex is NOT a place to let animals run free. >:x

It's sad because the dogs are well fed, they aren't aggressive, they're playful and tail wagging... it pains me to know they're going to get hurt one of these days.

I have more photos to upload, because I couldn't get the little Japanese baby doll in a picture yesterday, and then two more dolls arrived yesterday evening, and the other Japanese traditional child doll arrived today. I opened the box right out in the building porch to show her to the post lady. LOL

OH! I've seen those cookies, DC! Only they had a different name on the package. I gave some to the receptionist at my chiropractor's office!
