I'm still trying to think of one.. leaning towards Veldora (because his black and blue coloring reminds me of the dragon from Reincarnated as a Slime, and he's kinda a silly head like veldora xD)
But other than that, no, not yet.
Other name possibility is Seiryuu.
Mom wants Veldora because "she can pronounce it" .... dude... you have to remember names first >:x and I want the name to match his personality more.

Yeah. Bettas are usually (at least the one I knew) pretty sure of what is and isn't betta food.

He'll eat one or two bites of betta pellets (i bought JUST for him) then spit the rest out and refuse to eat anymore. He just wants the flakes! DX

One or two bites is really all he needs. The pellets are pretty dense compared to flakes.
*pauses and stares at that sentence as my word play loving mind tries to make funny insults out of dense and flakes*

I was reminded of the game called "Don't Starve" where some of the characters only eat specific foods.
They'll literally starve to death because they're so picky.
