You're a villain that fell in love with a hero. Though you're the strongest villain
on the planet, you constantly lose to your hero, since you just love the rivalry
and don't want it to end.

Your fate is to get caught in a ritual and be stuck between dimensions. Over time, you manage to carve yourself a tiny foothold in each of the bordering dimensions, but you can't go further than the kilometer around the anchor you created in either place.
However, you did manage to stabilize passage and have made a killing charging tolls to help merchants, ambassadors, tourists, and exchange students pass between them.
If you can't leave, you'll just be so rich you'll make the best parts of both worlds come to you!
