Moi- They've done easter before I guess just not anymore :(
The last Easter event was many years ago.
BUT SPRING MWUHAHAHA. There's a chance we wont get a spring event but I am still hopeful.

I'm hoping there's a spring event this year! 
I can't remember a year where we skipped the spring event, as long as I've been here. But, obviously, Firn and Starkard have a lot on their plate, so they might skip it...
Typically, it doesn't happen until late April, so there's still hope!
We've had Easter Events in the past. However, we typically have an Easter event OR a Spring event.  They usually happen around the same time - mid to late April.
I hope that this year's event is about new life. Like puppies, or kittens, or baby animals of some variety.
Easter, and spring celebrations in general, are all about fertility, after all.

Just for information, these were the dates for all past Easter or Spring Events:
2008-No Easter or Spring Event as Kofk began on April, 10.
2009-From 03/04 to 26/04 Easter
2010-From 19/03 to 17/04 Easter
2011-From 10/04 to 07/05 Easter
2012-From 23/03 to 20/04 Easter
2013-From 16/03 to 13/04 Easter part 1
From 24/03 to 08/04 Easter part 2
2014-From 07/04 to 05/05 Spring (no Easter)
2015-From 04/04 to 02/05 Spring
2016-From 18/03 to 22/04 Spring
If this year there is finally Spring Event it will begin more later ever but not every year the same events are repeated. For example, past year not Happy Valentine day was commemorated as well as Kofk 9th Anniv.
