It's very popular these days, so hopefully you can find some!
My grocery store even had red velvet cake mix. And it was really, really tasty, too!

It's cake mix in a red velvet flavour, of course!
Cake mix being all the dry ingredients (like flour, sugar, baking soda, etc) premixed and sold. You buy the mix and just add the wet ingredients, like water and eggs and oil.

It's definitely handy, and really nice for flavours like red velvet that would otherwise be difficult to find/make from scratch. :mcglee:
