Where do You get that dotty stuff from? I'd die doing them by hand so I think they are some kind of... (now how it was in Eng.? I have no idea...

It might be a texture brush thing she can do, I know they have one or two like that in GIMP.

They're screentones. I used to scan them manually and paste them in (some deviantart users also upload scanned ones) but now I used mangastudio for doing the comic and they have a ton that are very easy to use :3

I think you can get screen tone texture brushed for Photoshop too... There aren't that many though and I've never used them...
