Sorry to hear about your loss, Light. That's really rough. I'm so glad you have your husband and pets to help comfort you. Sometimes I love how oblivious pets are to what is happening in their humans' lives, because their unconcerned antics can be really perfect as an antidote. Hee hee, she needs ALL the attention? I can just picture that, this tiny little cat meowing imperiously, demanding to be petted/picked up/played with.
Cats definitely bite, they are carnivores with sharp teeth, lol, of course they know how to use them! I hope you didn't get infected from it? Animal bites and scratches can sometimes be tricky that way...
(we definitely have a fast-moving conversation here, lol)

What's your favorite riddle, Crest? (I should say, there is another "Aki" on the site so if you want to shorten my name you can call me Li-li or some variant thereof; I'm well used to it)

Oh, geeze, I don't know what my favorite riddle is. There's the age-old Sphinx riddle (What walks on four legs in the morning, two at noon, and three in the evening?), of course...oh, I like this one!

Yeah, that's a nice one. ^_^ I should find my book of riddles... (not a published one, just a blank book I filled with riddles I liked) you guys would probably enjoy the ones you hadn't already heard. :D

Everyone else basically answered already, but yes.
I do it myself everytime. I set up the coding and put it in a stickynote on my laptop.
At work, I quote my own post and just get rid of the "quote" code.
It's a bit of a hassle but it's pretty, so. :U
