It's my favourite potato kinda root, but it's hard to grow and harvest, so it's expensive.

bob supposedly comes tomorrow (its 4AM so today?) to do our shopping for us... =/ gotta make sure mom and I are masked up.. he had covid and he did NOT quarantine for 2 weeks >:x
