I know my apartment smells on occasion... we have cats.. plus I have a mother with bladder issues..
Also I swear the dishes magically dirty themselves >:x We've been using throw away bowls and cups and there's STILL dirty dishes! D:<

But no, it's not cold enough to freeze.
I was playing GTA5 once and I was on a mission and the game was running so slow and lagging and I couldn't stand driving to finish the mission.
I said "Fuck it - I'm jumping out of the truck and hopefully someone will hit me with their car and kill me uB< -jumps out-"
Didn't even get killed. Instead, I had to get back in the truck and keep driving xD
