All those ades give me a terrible tummy ache. Right now my insides are fairly happy. If I had to go another day without rice, that might change.

Awww. I had that for awhile, but then I found the right probiotic and herb supplement to use. Now, so long as I eat carefully, stuff is usually liveable.

I really wish my issue was mainly food based... its stressed based with some foods that aggravate it.. and i think it's getting worse.
