i use dream avatar creator all the time cause i don't have much of a collection either, don't worry about it! you're encouraged to use your own items if you can but most of the time i can't lol. using the dream avatar creator will familiarise you with items on the site that you want or like. so i think using it is still in the spirit of a Collector and you can totally do that in the Collector's Corner contests

also @Mynah i think your entry is my favourite from all of them i really love the colours you chose to use (i love all of the entries don't get me wrong hehe just this one really gained my attention)
