I have a foot doctor appointment in the morning... and I'm worried Kuromi will get out of her little jacket I made (WIP really) for her and harm herself even more...

The med stuff I got her arrived today. Both are 3 times a day types of things. Did 2 rounds today because of how late in the day they came.

First thing I did was the wipes. This seemed to have aggravated her back, she was trying to lick like crazy growling and hissing at her back and me... I was worried the wipes were making things worse... She also ended up peeing on my bed... again. =3= When her back gets too agitated, she pees.. (or poops.. the one time she jumped off my bed and pooped on a pair of shorts that sebas knocked onto the floor. xp)

Second thing I did was figure out that I didn't get a salve but an ingestable liquid medicine. 5 drops 3 times a day. I put the drops on her lip which she didn't like the taste of apparently. Her need to lick at her back after a few minutes after ingesting the liquid meds have lessened and she fell asleep.


Time for the night dose rolled around.. I decided to start with the liquid anti itch meds.. I got a small sauce cup and mixed the 5 drops with water (can be given as is, mixed with water, or mixed with food) I got one of the old syringes that the vet gave us when Kuromi was fixed. I put in more water than i could fit in the syringe, so after the first dosage with that, I passed her the cup and she drank it almost all gone. She left 1 syringe dose in the cup so I had her finish that up.

After waiting 30 minutes for those meds to kick in, I used the wipes. No bad reaction!!! And she hasn't did any excessive licking since! ovo She's been doing normal washing, but nothing excessive.

Her little jacket has been protecting her from Sebas's kitten attacks too =w=,


She cuddled with me for nearly a whole hour .. finally let me up >w<


Though I'm still worried about leaving her.. even with the jacket.. I might double up with the cone while I'm out until I can finish the jacket.
I gotta do the hem and add velcro so I can remove the safety pins. I worry about one popping open and stabbing her >A<

Well, we're actually happy about it now that the shock has worn off. Because that job was stressing him out badly. We've been wanting him to find a new job. One that won't demand so much and where he can actually get a day or two off more frequently instead of once in a blue moon. It had been really stressing him to the point that all he could do was "sleep", maybe run errands, get a shower, a little more "sleep", and then go to work. Dinners were mostly frozen or take out if we could afford it. Which wasn't often. But last night he made chili for dinner and he ate an entire bowl! He'd only munch on cheese occasionally. That was it. He's also feeling better. He's happier!

The other guy didn't get fired, but rumor has it none of the other employees are happy about it. Yeah Dad shouldn't have pushed the phone away, but the guy was an ass anyways. Not wanting to listen to Dad, who was his manager, and the other employees don't like working with him.

=/ that's redic... that other guy should have gotten fired more than your dad did. >:x

Tam am migraining.

Okay, most of yesterday wasn't too bad, and I spent most of today without painkiller and functioning well. But just now I was seeing lights like whoa, and my head felt like someone was kicking on it from the inside. Now I'm really groggy and dull headed.

DK: -falls asleep for an hour-
Sebas: nuu! wake up! -pounce-
DK: ... >:x -an hour later, dozes off for another hour-
Sebas: Me again! haiiii! -walks all over as if investigating stuff.-
DK: =3= -reads a few LN chapters that have been released monday and yesterday, falls asleep for 2 hours-
Neighbors: -cranks heat up to where it's roasting everyone above-
DK: .... uuuughhh too hot.. and I gotta pee.. =3= -debates to read something else or play pokemon-
Sebas: -torments Zeke now that he is awake again-
Kuromi: -sleeps through it all-
