Do some sit ups in the morning? As a wake up motion

Although that doesn't burn the fat ;___; Maybe jogging? Idk

I had a time where I used to do sit-ups in the evening in bed, before falling asleep. That was surprisingly nice, I always felt a little exhausted and fell asleep pretty quickly afterwards. I don't even remember why I stopped... But nowadays I can't start it again, I think it would irritate the bf quite a lot :D
I'm really happy with my weight lately, I've lost about 15kg since last summer and all my favourite clothes fit me again :)
Now I just need to gain some muscles, because I look kinda scrawny now, imo :D
But I'm doing a pilates and a ballett lesson in our uni sport every week this semester, so hopefully that'll help a bit :) I really enjoy getting back into ballett, I used to dance during the first years of secondary school but stopped at some point. I wouldn't have thought I'd enjoy it so much or I'd have started it again earlier.

If I had space, I would do that xD Unfortunately I have almost no space in my room. I don't feel comfortable doing exercises there....
Oh wow congrats Chrizine, that's a lot!!
Tell me how you did that!!!

Well, you need no space for situps in bed ;)
Well, basically what I did was rigorously counting calories. But that's only half the story, the other half is the book I read which encouraged me to actually give that a go and equipped me with the necessary knowledge and (not unimportantly) confidence that I can do it. (Fettlogik überwinden, I don't think it has been translated to english, but at least for you Julez, I can recommend it)
It's a book that tells you that all your excuses are invalid (and why), but I found that encouraging in an odd way - it also tells me that there's actually nothing standing in my way either. And there really wasn't!

Haha, that wouldn't work for me, I prefer telling myself thinning down doesn't matter but getting stronger (physically and mentally) does and so I'm doing it for myself and nobody else, not even for my boyfrien who used to complain a lot about my belly fat. Now I work out more often than he does :D

Yeah, for getting stronger, you need sports, and not just eating less ;)
But I found that after losing a little weight, running for example became easier, before my ankles would always hurt really soon, with less weight on them it started actually being kinda fun (I still don't do it very often, I just can't get myself to go out and do it. Having sports classes that i just plan into my uni schedule is much easier to stick with for me).
