This hair does look elvish indeed.
At first I mispelled it a few times, Viserys instead of Vinerys. Because it does look like GoT Vinerys' hair to me...

How did Eva make it look like shorter hair? I really like it on her avatar, but still not a true fan of the hair style itself. ;-D

I don't think it's shorter. It's just hidden behind the wings.
Notice the hair end showing below the wings.

It's definitely shorter looking because of the wings :3
And the tamaris hair extensions help.
