Man oh man. I don't remember what it's even called. The earliest one I watched whose title I remember would be Mazinger (spell?) Z, but I know there's something else that I watched way before then... It had chibi kids and they were going around in the universe freeing every planet from the grips of an evil overlord or something and the kid had a little light over his chest and it shone red when he was in danger and green otherwise. I watched lots of boy anime when I was a kid. I watched Dragonball and other ones where they were going back in time rescuing this princess who seems to get caught on purpose, Milky Way Express 999 etc etc etc. The first girly one I watched may be Rose of Perushaiu (spell? it had to do with Paris so it can't be Persia), which had to do with a girl who was born to a man who wanted a son so she had to spend her life pretending to be a man.

I didn't know it was called anime until in grade 7, because I was born in another country and there we don't call it anime. We call it Ilbon Manwha (Japanese cartoon) or manwha (cartoon) for short. Ilbon manwha yungwha (Japanese moving cartoon) if you want to be long.

Loved Innuyasha when it was playing, though.

Innuyasha I think may be a bit rough around the edges, but he really cares for them when it counts. He won me over when he was taking care of Kagome when she came down with a flu.

I don't understand why people want Innuyasha to be with Kikyo. She's dead, and she's also trying to kill him, even though she knows now that he didn't betray her.

One pet peeve I have with the series; Kagome doesn't look like Kikyo. Why do people in the anime think she does? They don't even have same facial features.

Well, Mia. She probably didn't have time to pack extra clothes when she was pulled in, and then when she could go back, maybe she wanted to pack light?

Either Sailor Moon or Pokemon was my first. But, I didn't know those were anime at the time. Inuyasha was one of the first I watched and I knew it was anime.

Actually, no. My first 'Anime' was Ronin Warriors.

I still remember it. I was 4 years old, it was 6am and I was up because my dad was getting ready for work. It was on channel 3. (The only channel that TV got. XD) It was the episode White Blaze 'died'. It wasn't until I was 7 that I saw my second 'Anime', Salior Moon and my third happened when I was 13 or 14. It was Gundam Wing. I didn't find out it was called Anime until I had spoken to a friend about Gundam. X3
