That depends, if it's done by hand with pencil, marker, crayon or anything along those lines it's "Traditional". Anything done on the computer (save for anything obviously pixelated) would be computer graphics.

mikael, the pictures may be a little bit bigger:
Your image needs to be less than 650 pixel wide and 650 pixels high. For Pixel Art, the height is restricted to 150 pixels.

I realize this is WAY off topic, but thank you, Starkad, I just got a Flower Fairy Top when I came in to read the announcement.
Edit: Just went in to check it out. It was a little weird at first, with the number of hearts instead of kind of a sliding scale, but that may just be me :P
I think it's awesome, and I wish I had something to enter. Maybe someday I'll learn to draw :D
