Oh my.
I don't think I'll be making use of this feature any time soon...I tend to only collect dark and water knuffel, and the only ones I'm missing are...well..that's rather expensive.
It would cost me 37.50 dollars just to get dark gen 1.
I will keep donating for MTs and TTs, but I won't be buying FC knuffel.
Thank you for making them available, however. It was very nice of you. ^^

Oof, am I ever glad my paycheck came in recently.

I don't think I will ever be able/willing to afford any of the old-old gens, but I support the idea.
I have the feeling there are people around here who would be willing to pay so much for a Knuffel.

Yay I can get my knuffles. Now all you need is an adoption store for people who want to get rid of some of their knuffles.

Shard, if someone wants to get rid of their knuffel, they go to its page and can release it there, and it goes into knufftropolis, and is 2500 like the other knuffels. usually people grab them really quickly though, so you never see them there for long.

I was excited when I saw this feature because I've missed out on some Knuffel, but I don't think that I'll be using this anyway. X': Too many FCs for my taste. I'd rather get extra items I can put on my avi for the FC instead.

Makes me wonder how many people will ever use this feature.
I mean, idea itself is great, but I wonder how many are able to collect 15fc for a knuffel. After months of saving maybe. Or throw 38$ for it, which isn't small money. At least for me. I understand you're supposed to work really hard for oldest gens and I'm glad it is that way, but I still think 12-15 is way too much and might end up not profiting kofk nor users. I don't think prices are unfair. They're just not inviting enough to tempt into spending fc. Still glad we have this option either way.

The thing that everyone seems to be forgetting is 2 things :
~ 1. ) Firn Never wanted these knuffel to be available for
purchase after they sold out... Unfortunately, MANY users
have been putting up fits, and trying to get Firn to do something
she didn't want to do in the first place. ( But because we are selfish
and want what we want ) Firn gave in to this under her own stipulations.
~ 2. ) Firn & Starkad need the money to keep KofK running...
without donations, they cannot keep the server and new
features / items up and running for all of us to enjoy...
With a lack of donations, they have to do things they otherwise
would not prefer to do... Like offering major wants of users for FC's.

Everyone can still adopt Knuffel other users have dropped in Knufftropolis for their original 2500 Food price.
About Knuffel promised to someone: That has always been at users' own risk.

@Aya - I am glad myself.
@Firn - The person knows the drop is not a promise catch but I rather know I can still drop the knuffel they are wanting and they are able to catch it using fps rather than having to get fcs to catch it.
This is not a bad idea through as mentioned before, it is quite expensive for some of the older gens. I can see willing to pay 2 or 3 or maybe 4 fcs to obtain a knuffel I want but 12 fcs is quite high for one.

This is a wonderful opportunity! I think it allows the older generations to maintain their value. It also makes me wish for FC.
Since I am new and not familiar with the older gen knuffels, I can foresee a lot of window shopping in my near future! ^^

I probably won't use this feature, but it seems fairly reasonable to me just because of its consistency. You're always going to be able to predict how many FCs each Knuffel costs and then can decide for yourself if it's worth it or not.
