It says "24h lock". If you mouse over the underlined word (in this case "lock") you can see a little description.
Once worn, item cannot be removed for a certain time.
It means that if you equip it in a knuffel you won't be able to unequip it in 24 hours, so choose wisely in which knuffel you want to use it or you will loose a full day of use.
BUT the item itself won't disappear, no worries. It's just locked.

OMG, this is awesome! I love the NPC (so happy it won) and this idea for the rooms seems like so much fun. I'm going to get lost!
