Twice... apparently. Luckily I was able to adopt a wanderer who came in my town who happens to be an explorer too.
So I'm making that one do all the exploring till I can mend Yy's broken paws and there vertigo. :}

I made myself another villager and they are a doctor.

I'm gonna try to have 1 of each job ._. switching back and forth is a pain since it takes a day to allow you to switch back to the other job.. their 'moonlighting' system sucks

Yeah Rosa for getting a doctor. As it seems I'll be needing one of those too. :}

My doctor is moonlighting as a herbalist for now since I need plants to make recipes.

Nope! You can only switch once per day. All 3 of mine have the career option of Explorer. Kerowynn has 3 careers: Explorer, Animal Husbandry, and Herbalist. Animal Husbandry wasn't working right earlier today so I switched her to Herbalist. I think each Villager can have up to 4 careers.

I don't think its worth it to have so many careers when you can only switch once a day. >->
