About the heterochromia eyes they're amongst my favs too but I seem that they often come with colour combos that aren't exactly easy to use.
I got a whole lot of full lips, I don't own that much lips so I often end up using them if I'm out of the traditional pinks and reds.
Hanging flowers are often part of my avatar too when it's not newer colours (I wish we had them again with the newest colours), it may be my all time favourite from the caravan

If you mean the green/gold ava it's actually cheap items from bananarama !!
It's the Tracy Undershirt and Head Bandana (1st and third page). The last updates from BR were really nice ! And actually the top is paired with the Simple Waist Chain from the family jewels shop
And the hair came from the Rio set.
