We never really did either, but when my sister was younger - we took her trick-or-treating.
Only a few people celebrate on our block.
One neighbor decorated and dressed up and gave out candy, but she died.
It was funny one time because she was dressed as a witch, and my mom took my sister's tiny witch hat and put it on and walked up to the neighbor and said "YOU STOLE MY IDEA! U8<"

Going trick or treating can be nice especially for the kids.
I could have gone to a halloween "party" that my partner went to. It sounded really lame though and was more of a get together. He told me most people weren't even dressed up and all they did was play some games. XD
I would like to go to like a fancy masked party type thing, with lots of food and drinks. I have no shame in saying I would mainly go for the food and drinks.
Your mom was like.."there can be only one!"

I've learned a lot by sitting and watching everyone else xD
So I get food and learn 8U
I saw a couple arguing in this video.
I don't know if they were both high or drunk or what, but they literally started fencing with brooms and shit.
