I don't need glasses.
I don't own earbuds.
Now I don't even wear earrings.
My mask is my only accesory... and I'm longing for getting rid of it!

I'm actually. Kinda hesitant to stop wearing one? Only because of my social anxiety, the mask makes me feel a little safer. I'll get over it, though.

Well, I would rather get rid of it. But that's my personal choice.
I would like it to be like any other accessory - it's your choice whether you use it or not.
Nobody should be frowned up for wearing or not wearing earrings or bracelets, right?
My wish is that someday the mask will be the same.
Now we need it for health reasons, but maybe in the future only some people will choose to wear it. Those who suffer respiratory issues, those who feel good about it... or even people who find them aesthetically pleasing! Why not?

I just want to get back some of the freedom of choice we've lost due to this pandemic.

I have to wear glasses. But I don’t wear earrings because I have no ear holes. And I wear earbuds when listening to music.

Amura: honestly I hope so too. Masks have been a fashion accessory in Japan for a long time, I'm hoping the trend will catch on here. There's some really neat masks out there, and interesting outfits you can put together with them

Yeah I think China and Japan have always worn masks, because of smog and pollution. O:

No yeah that's how it started, but people have turned it into an accessory since then.

In other news I need about 300 points to fill my meter. I may actually finish this event!

yeaaaah. i hear the pollution is pretty bad in China......D: too many people, not enough room, always building up since thats the only way to fit everyone.
