Your voice can shape and control water. With a simple song you can cause fountains to leap and twirl in a placid lake, and you can even harden it into ice.

Your superpower is emotional; no matter how upset someone might be you can grant them a few moments of cheerfulness. How much and how long and how strong it is, depends partly on you and partly on them, for your power is not aggressive; it cannot intrude itself upon any who do not wish for it.

You are immune to altitude sickness, and can cure others of it as well.
(You also have the superpower to deal with pressure/depth differentials as well, but you've never been diving so you haven't discovered that yet.)
