My idea has been done several times in really awesome ways already... but I'm throwing my card into the hat as well simply to say "I finished it!" (This'll teach me to procrastinate and not be one of the first to submit an idea...)

I am hoping that I can 'resubmit' a coloured version once I'm done. Still deciding on colours and... I've got to talk myself into colouring the images. My drawing sucks. My colouring... is nightmarish in comparison. (Unless by some chance we do not have to submit coloured versions!)

As I suck with colouring, I'll explain a few things..

The eyes should start out a cool blue/violet colour (akin to a flame near it's hottest point after white). As the Knuffel evolves, and summons flames of similar colour to the eyes, the eyes begin to take on a golden hue. Basically the colour the eyes are in Stage 2 is how I wanted them to look in stage 1 as well.

The puffy sleeve is supposed to be an orange sheer material. The 'circles' on the bra and skirt itself should be gems, while the circles outside of the garment (under the bra and accenting the bottom of the skirt) are supposed to be bells. The circles under the necklace and bracelets are also bells (but change into chain links at stage 5).

The bow in stage 2 should be red with an orange sheen. In stage 3 it starts becoming more orange dominant.

The hair should be (at stage one) predominantly dark brown. As she evolves, her hair becomes lighter in a fashion akin to someone who decided to stop dying their hair and let it grow out.

Hmm, if there are any questions about blends or hues I can answer them easily. My scanner didn't do my bad colouring any justice.
