How longs the drive? I really have trouble sitting still in a car unless the scenery is interesting.

Gosh, I'm tired. Was hoping for a lazy Friday, but bf and I slept in, managed to get to work on time (but no breakfast as planned, ate an apple right after I got to the office ), then boss siad some bill is missing, so had to call 4 numbers, then write an e-mail, then he asked to look for some files through ex-employee's laptop, then asked to send him something from mine, meanwhile I got a call from another manager who's on vacation that I need to find some file, first on a government website, then in his e-mails/folders, the back to the website, send an e-mail, send an e-mail for bf 'cause he can't (we're on chat illegally, he could get a fine 8u so at least he doesn't talk anything about his work, just personal stuff), then had to contact the data base company, couldn't get phone number, then when I did they rejected the call, so I went on chat with a consultant... then record something on boss's pendrive... A bunch of small, time-consuming things, all at once and it's such a brain mix up with absolutely no time to even scratch your own ass x.x I didn't even have the time to go down for some soup... But now I'm free, everything's okay and sent or in progress and I could finally eat the second sandwich (the diner downstairs is closed already ). And I'm alone in the office 'cause boss is flying out for the weekend
I still have to go feed my mom's cat >_> At lease I'll chull with some music on...
I'm kind of proud of myself, I did all the stuff as best as I could. still have a client to call... or more I'm waiting for his call, which I don't think will come. Oh, look at the time, maybe I should try calling him?

I think it's 5 hours max?
Half of the road is by the sea so should be fine. Plus we pass few of my favorite cities on the road, so maybe we will make a stop there for some food or drinks c:

Yeh, cover letters for internships and graduate jobs I'm looking at in advance. Still pondering over the idea of a casual retail job but I wouldn't be able to commit for long because I plan to leave summer open for internship opportunities and I know how retail managers hate it when you quit on them in the November/December period and give you a hard time >_>

I called, he didn't pick up, but he called back a few minutes later and then he taaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaalked forever XD He just kept on complaining a bunch and I was like "so are you aware of the rules and risk and everything?" and he's like "yeah, but you know, what's the point of all this?" Oh, grumpy old man XD
I seem to slowly ease into the phone calls... *does them almost for a year now*

My official post title is Administrative Assistant, but I mainly do the translations and kofk And sometimes call a client or 2, so called "compliance calls", just checking their data and telling them "there's risk, you may lose your money! 8u" and stuff So a bunch of tiny things is a rarity, but when they come, it's a headache (which I'm having atm >_>)

Haha, old people are like that. They just want someone to complain and talk to c: At first I thought you might be a medical admin, but I guess this has to do with shares, investments, some sort of banking?

Yea, it's an investment company, a brokerage house if you please, so investments

It's hard to thin of something when you're supposed to basically shamelessly brag about all your abilities and you can think of none XD It's mean
