Those items Firn is wearing are part of the "donation set" (kinda like Gaia's MC's, I guess you could say...). I think it costs about $2.50(real money) for the whole set, OR you could buy them for 10k food... I think. I'm not so sure about the prices.
Or their release date. Firn said they might be done by August... Which is now.
It comes with a total of 9 items, and if you go back a good some pages, you'll be able to find some more info. on them and what the other items look like. You can only buy the items as a set, not separately.
