I don't really know how it works, but I got the feeling it's got to do with activity - the popup does not appear right after you log in.

Only after a while posting and being active in the site...

We haven't had any announcement.
Some people say it may be late, that it's happened before.
I don't know, maybe we have a different kind of event this year?
It's all conjectures at this point.

i suppose lol. although sometimes it does, hahaha. XD besides, i had already opened a few kofk pages and i didn't get the popup. XD
