Okay, I've made a plan to start exercising 30 mins every evening. D:

Go you! Since I do so much outside this time of year I don't bother with exercise. I'll start up walking again this fall.

I'm all stopped up all of a sudden.

Well, I have an elliptical that I really should be using. And I really think it may help with all the stress and anxiety I've been having. I need to get rid off some of my negative energy.

I'm sure it would help with the stress and all. I'd really like to have a treadmill, but I have no place to put it.

Yeah, it's probably mold because of how wet it is right now.

I really hope so... It's driving me crazy. I don't know what else to do to help. I wish I hand gotten a treadmill sometimes. I really liked the tread climber thing my dad had at his house, but those are too expensive. D: At least the one he had was.

I have this ab thingy.. it helps you do crunches and what not.. but i don't use it. I wanna lose fat not gain muscle xp

Soo I just dance.. I tried to dance last night but i got so far and my body felt so heavy.. ._. last week i was able to do that dance 3 times all the way through
