So I think it´s showing Death or Grim Reaper, at least the ones that takes your soul when you die.

The Problem is that it has more than one name, depending on Country you live in.

In Germany we have Sensenmann and Gevatter Tod.

In Japan I think it´s called Shinigami or so.

In US is Death, Grim Reaper or Angel of death etc.
