Aw, so that's how it works! So if let's say they both love cats, the guests (quests again! *kicks kofked brain*) could each bring a small cat figurine?
wow, that must've been a slap into reality, huh? XD

Planning weddings is indeed a lot of work.
I guess it's nice for the bride and groom to have someone helping out ;~;
I hope my friends understand that typically "Asian" wedding gifts is what I want for mine. I.e. money xD

I bet it's nice, they are also stressed as it is.
Money is the best, you can do anything you want with it and no one has to worry about what you would want unless you have that wishlist thingy done

They just need to worry about "did I give enough or too little money? ;>.>"

In my country people usually give money at weddings as gifts. It's more convenient and helps the new couple with paying for the wedding and still having extra money for moving in a new place or honeymoon or other things they might need to start there new familly.
I've never heard of small funny extra gifts, but that dose sound like a lot of fun.
I'm actually questing the ears right now... Not sure how that's going to turn out since I'm also trying not to stay so much in front of the computer until I have a doctor checkup since my migrane. But work requests I stay in front of my computer, so for now I can hang around here

Yeah, money is the most practical for weddings
And adding something small may convince more conservative people who prefer buying gifts to feel better about they money-gift, since they added something

Although others may think it's overdoing it, since they are already giving money XD
You can never make everyone happy.
Hey, you're already so far with the donuts! You'll make it in no time
Is the migraine coming back?

Or did it leave you alone for now? *crosses fingers*

It still came and went over the weekend, but now it's ok and I am hoping it stays that way. Next weekend I'm going to the mountain side so I don't need any headeachs, so I'm trying to be careful until than
Well, the Cavern dose stay opened for another 2 days, so I guess I'll be able to post for the ears at least. But I guess my hairclips are just going to have to wait for a bit longer.

Weddings are so complicated. I want to have a big traditional wedding but also I have no friends so my side will be really empty
I stalled after my big posting session this morning. So much work on my plate right now -___-

Maybe the headaches come from the eyes (you're working in front of the computer, right?) and you should be wearing glasses?
Let's hope it stays away from now on.
That's pretty good I think
@jacob: I get it. I mean, I would rather have a small wedding, but my mom's family feels very judgy... And it's like, my family is big, but I have no friends, and bf has almost no family and has a few friends...
What I'd love to keep traditional is parents giving the blessing, then welcoming... I'd even want my dad to give me away at the altar, but the thing is... I'm not religious... so it's kind of pointless to get married in church.
And my sister would be a problem
Aww, poor you D: I'll have to disappear for the most part after work, too, as I have to read that brick again *kicks it* I'll probably hunt for bees and maybe post once or twice an hour or so XD
Yay, half-way there! 100/200

I feel you. I'm even gloomier sometimes and start thinking "if I were to die, would anyone show up at my funeral?"
My only consolation is that I have a rather big familly, so weather they like it or not, there going to have to show up at my big events, preferably the wedding.
Memoriam:
possibly... I'll see what the doctor recomands first. I'm not a big fan of glasses though and I'm not a fan of putting things in my eyes either...

Uh-oh, I spy with my little eye, a depressing thought!

*Le Gasp* dundunduuuuuun! You probably have no idea how many people care about you
Yeah, but if that's vision defect manifesting in a very bitchy way, you're going to have to get used to one of them at least XD
I alwyas thought I'd look dorky in glasses, but I kind of like how I look. Bf prefers me without though. and I prefer him with. That's probably becayse that's what we looked like when we met: him - glasses, me- no glasses.
But he's handsome either way for me
