Will the event be active on the 9th as well, or will it shut down at midnight server time? I need about 100 more points to get the eyes that I want. @_@;

The 9th would likely be the last day. Probably won't shut down at midnight since it normally comes to an end whenever starkad has time to turn the granting stuff off. :)

I cannot tell for sure on what exact hour the event will end (like always), but we will be away on the 9th and probably return home late, so it will either shut down very late (German time / server time) on the 9th or in the morning on the 10th. But it should be at least still 36 hours from now on.

I just finished the event, yay!
What happens with the spare pastries I might receive and so on? If I don't give them to the Wuffles are they going to be converted into fps?

No, we stopped doing that because some people hoarded so much extra event currency after events that converting them to food was massively adding up to inflation. They will just disappear.
