they've been trying to get them all this time actually, but there's one stupid bureaucrat who's blocking the whole process because he's too lazy to get off his fat ass and write then a four-line paper. :/ he's been saying that okay, he'll do it, just not today, for like two months already as far as i know. =__=

as far as I know yes, I'm going there tomorrow and the actual competition is Saturday-Sunday ;3
though if she doesn't get through the first rounds it'll be a short competition but then we'll just go do other things c':
