it needs more testing to really say that someone could come out of sedation with new knowledge?
Well, you are in a unique position to conduct another experiment on that, I suppose ;)

Yea Chrizine, I cannot believe that we still get along that well! I mean we always knew about major changes in our lives like new jobs, moving or new studies, but that's basically it.
(I have to admit I had a small crush on him when I was 15...)
It's pretty amazing! Those big basic infos are not really what keeps one on the same wavelength, right?

I have no idea but I get the thought that it would make it harder to sleep maybe? It would take me longer to go to sleep at least if I had noise gonig directly in my ear and sleeping with headphones doesn't seem comfortable. You'd have to play it like on a radio on your nightstand maybe?
I always go to sleep with sound... Usually audiobooks. But I like some calm music, too. As long as the noises are not too loud, that doesn't seem all that problematic to me. But yeah, headphones aren't really comfortable. I do use speakers in my bedroom. I've seen some headphones specifically designed for going to sleep with though, they were kind of embedded in a headband. No idea how well they work though, I only saw ads :D
