It definitely has dragons, because my brother tried it at one of his friend's house and came back complaining that he got killed by a dragon before completing the intro.
which I admit made me not want to play it but then I heard more about it by other people who played.

Yes, Dragons are a big part of Skyrim.
Dragons are so cool. I played a choose your own story dragon type game before. You could be a nice dragon or you could just burn everything. XD

Yes but think of trying to keep it fed. And cleaning... maybe you could talk someone into letting you take it through a car-wash? Hmmm...
and finding a vet would be really fraught!
