Shaving has become an everyday-thing for me. Whenever I shower, I shave. I likemy legs without hair :)

Don't even... my legs look like they belong to a sasquatch... ;>> I keep telling myself it's winter and it's not worth shaving/epilating them... but the truth is I feel disgusting, but also I can't bring myself to epilate my legs with my new awesometastic epilator, because pain :mcargh: I got unused to it again, for now I only epilate my armpits. It lasts shorter and I grew used to the slight sting already. Idk why armpits are easier for me, most people look at me like I'm crazy when I tell them that XD

I shave my armpits under the shower because to me that's more of a hygiene thing, but my leg hair has never bothered me and never will c':

I also think its very much a 'your body your choice' thing so like if you want to shave go ahead if you don't its all the same haha s'just hair

Totally agree it's a choice. For me personally leg hair is ew, so I try to epilate them, but dang, it hurts :mcheh: Just shaving it is totally annoying though.

It's annoying if you feel you have to do this every day. And my hairs grow like crazy. I could shave in the morning and already have some hairs grow out in the afternoon... So you see, annoying. I rather aim for a longer effect. I live with an elderly person so taking too much time in the shower can end up in a disaster, or at the least in my cold ('cause she won't notice, or will forget I'm showering, or she'll just get too hot and will HAVE to open the window while I'm showering... menopause forever I guess? living with granny is super annoying). So I can't really take that 10 minutes more, besides I always frickin miss spots x.x

Yeah, but 10 min everyday is still a lot over time ;)
I don't shave every day, not even in summer. My legs would get way too dry. I do it every two or three days maybe? In winter more like once a week.
But I also have gotten over the "leg hair is ew", so a bit of stubble doesn't disturb me as long as it's not very visible from a normal distance other people have to me. I do like the feeling of smooth legs more than stubble though.
I haven't tried epilating, but I tried sugaring. Supposedly that's less painful than epilating or waxing. It's tolerable at the legs for me, but my armpit hair is way too strongly rooted. That was unbearable to rip out and bled.
But I'm no good at putting myself in pain, so I can't do it myself - the experiments I did my bf ripped of the sugary strips for me. And it's a lot of work to do the legs, so I can't really ask him to do that regularly, so I've mostly gone back to shaving. Sometimes I make him sugar my legs once at the start of summer or something, so I'll be free from it for a bit.

Oh, that's funny, I've heard that sugaring is more paintful than waxing these days :mcshock: Now I'm mind fucked xD

Interesting how there are conflicting reports.... I don't bother with leg hair but do try and deal with underarms, only I'm one of those people who shaving doesn't really work because I can shave it in the morning and by midday it looks like I never did.
So I just use a tweezer and pull it out, which lasts for about a week. And since I'm just doing one hair follicle at a time I can angle it correctly so it doesn't hurt. I'd never be able to wax, all those at once? Owwwww....
but I'd not even heard of sugaring before. Had to look it up.
