It's been about two decades since I had liver, but as far as I recall it's got kind of a dense flavor, if that makes sense -like you're eating a bunch of different kinds of meats all at once, or something, only just a mix of dark meats. And at least the way it was prepared back when I could still eat meat, the flavor was very smooth. Not chewy at ALL.
Dunno if that helps or not.
Huh, actually, it's been more than two decades.
Oh, well.
Speaking of food, I should grab breakfast.

Meh, it has fiber and protein and fat and fruit, it's close enough to be going on with.
I tend to pay more attention to balancing dinners, and then have leftovers for breakfast the next day, but there weren't any leftovers from last night, so....
