Nice. The more I learn...


So it looks like it might be consistently the doughnight '16 items that we're getting as recolors. Which items are you most looking forward to, if that's true? I'm looking forward to the wings, and I want to see how the snowflake skin gets updated, and I LOVED the fireplace room item from '16 (but it was just black and white so how will that be recolored? Maybe we'll get the room item fireplace as the avatar background fireplace this year, and the old avatar background fireplace will show up as the room item fireplace?)
And I think '16 was the year that the doughnight background was for the knuffel rooms rather than avatars.
So I wonder how that will go, too.

I have a doughnight wallpaper room item but it is from '17. The snowflake skin is pretty nice. It would be nice to have it in more colors. I don't really remember the '16 doughnight items much. I checked my inventory and saw I had a lip from it as well. I wouldn't mind a recolor of that either.

Well, I was here that year and think I did a chat thread for it, we could potentially find that, it should have a handy archival sort of list in one of the first few posts....

Families do tend to be whole menageries, don't they? Since births an exact multiple of 12 years apart aren't the average...

Dragon sounds the neatest, but being a Tiger would be fun, too. All hidden most of the time, passing unnoticed, until you need to... and then! Bam! Pounce from the shadows! Although Ox sounds super reliable and strong, which is nice, too. But you say "Dog" and all I can picture is my dad's dog who is bouncy and cheerful and playful and acts like a puppy even though he's almost 6, and has no dignity at all.... that would be so exhausting in a human!

I wonder, if you have a society that takes this very seriously, and you have yearmates all together in the classes, then each class is going to be predominantly a specific animal, right? So do you ever have a society that takes it seriously enough that they teach the subjects differently each year, depending on which zodiac animal the children are?

Start with the dragon, since that's you! And then you can do your other family members, and if you don't finish you'll at least have that, right? Even if you don't finish the series it would still be fun to have that...
