it's basically boiled beef with sauce and vegetables and such c;
but I don't eat the vegetables, I just pick out the meat and use the sauce to drown my fries :'D

Isn't that basically the equivalent of a roast? At least that's what I call it when I have boiled meat stuffed in sauce and vegetables for dinner, haha!
