I'm going with "they're kids, take a deep breath" right now XD But one of them is on her final warning now. So hopefully she gets going on actually doing some work as we go forwards. I'm taking on new interns next week as well so the stress levels will only go up xD

That will be a total of 8. I know, it's a lot XD We just realised we need more people on the team to grow, because everyone is producing as much content as they can right now. These new guys are going to be in charge of their own new sections of the magazine: a double spread of news topics, a music feature, and an arts feature. So hopefully because their job is the same every issue, it won't be hard for them to settle in and I'll be able to count on them to get it done.

I've seen the new Avengers movie yesterday, it was brilliant!
wow, 8 interns is a lot!
I think my company has about 10 of them and we are about 80-90 people :o
I am thinking about what I should do today as I am off. I have 4 things in mind right now, will pick two of them. But first I need to have breakfast :)
Thanks guys, I agree with you. I guess I've only been thinking about us if everything goes right, but I did not consider if it goes wrong. So good that you reminded me of that :)
We agreed to meet on the weekend after work. Seems so far away right now xD

Well, we only have interns, since even I am technically not getting paid XD Right now I'm reinvesting everything back into growth. Once we've got a few more essentials, like business cards, we can start collecting profit. From then I'll have a problem however, since I have to decide how much I can pay them and from when. It's going to be tough to pick who gets 'promoted' to paid and who doesn't.
We're going to go see Avengers next week I think. I haven't seen the last Thor or Black Panther. J watched it on his own yesterday before I got up :/ or at least he'd already started it, so I couldn't watch it. I might try and fit it in sometime soon. Problem is we have to watch it online because we can only go to the cinema once a week at most, and because it's still in some theatres, the online quality is awful.
I know I'm complaining about the quality of something I'm essentially stealing, but still XD If I can't steal it then they aren't going to get my money for Avengers so it seems fair.

We went to see infinity war on monday as well :)
I would definitely recommend watching thor first! Black panther I think is not quite as essential, but IW starts right at the end of thor.
Edit: I mean, IW will spoil black panther if you haven't seen it, but since the story is not terribly unpredictable in the first place, I wouldn't consider that a great loss. BP is still just a beautiful movie, spoilers or no. I don't think you will get confused in IW for not having seen bp, but you will not understand the opening scene without having seen thor.

Ooh well that helps. I don't think J's seen Thor either so we can just watch that tonight.
To be fair, I was considering just having him sum up BP for me so I could skip watching it XD I want to eventually, but I don't care about all of the spin-offs as much. Basically I love Iron Man and that's my sweet spot and I don't need to move out of there too often XD
Not that anyone cares about my preferences lol, but I can't stand Hulk, don't care about Thor, don't really enjoy Captain America, and this new wave of characters hasn't interested me enough yet. Although I did enjoy Spider Man's debut, mostly because it sits in that Iron Man humour area.
