if i only i could sleep. ;3; ive got back pain recently from i dunno what so sleeping is a literal pain.

I have to be sedated every night to get actual sleep. u.u

wow, i've never done that before. D: i only take painkillers.

They let me take two if I'm extra not sleeping. I've had a problem with it because I'm bipolar. I'm extremely medicated lol.

I think there's a shot that you can get but I remember that a lady I was in the hospital with had it and it really messed her up. It's hard to be normal with some of these meds.

I’ve taken omega 3 vitamins and those things are HUGE. Makes you want to choke lol.
