Yea things worked out well for me.
Now back to dealing with my friend drama apparently..
Chuu has started messaging me last night. Woke up to a novel of his feelings and gasliting... I stated my feelings and now he's rehashing everything. I told him show up for movies tonight or don't up to him.

I definitely don't have the room, but I keep buying physical books lol.
Same. Plus the paper books hurt the eyes less, for me.

Yeah sometimes electronics hurt the eyes. Altho if the print on the books are small, that might also be a problem lol. I don’t think that all books have large print versions. And it would be annoying to have to use a magnifying glass or something.

Some devices allow you to adjust the light settings and lighting type to put less strain on your eyes too.

Yeah, that's why it took me years to find a LoTR edition I was comfy with, because I also have hands that hurt from holding a big hardcover open.

Yeah, my Kobo I had did. But reading on it still caused some troubles. Reading a page like on here gives me after images sometimes, but at least it's not the screaming headache that I get from pages that have white printing on a dark background.

Pft yeah books get bigger and heavier depending on what version you get. Whether it’s a hardcover or a large text version or something.
Happy thanksgiving everyone!

@DK: Oh boy. I don't like the gaslighting.
@Hotarla: lol I see.
The weather sucks. It's going to be cold tomorrow, but then Thurs to whenever it's gonna be in the 70s. Fahrenheit.
Speaking of LoTR, my mom still has her old hardcovers from I dunno. lol I remember them from when I was a child. I'm 40 now so she's most likely had them longer than that.
I prefer books, but if I want to read the old stories that are in public domain it's cheaper to go online to Project Gutenberg for their e-books. They have a lot. I've read Peter Pan and a few fairy tales. I'm thinking of reading Dracula. Or maybe the Invisible Man. Frankenstein? Shoot! I dunno! lol There's like over 700k books there.
Same to you Hotarla: Though the US doesn't celebrate till next month.
