I'm 44 this year. To be honest, "Kid" is actually a term of affection. And it slips out, and then I make excuses instead of erasing it.

and i hate it when people call me honey or ma'am. and baby/babe. ugh...that last one is more because of my exes. they'd always call me babe or baby, only to come to find out that they were lying cheating bastards. xD so that's a no for me :P

Oh yeah, I am not fond of thsoe either, and one guy that I know refuses to stop calling me "love" I have to try and restrain myself from screaming every time because it reminds me of a character from X-2 that i dislike with a passion that called EVERYONE that and was a total witch.

LOL Well right now the weather is really hot for this area (Edmonton, Alberta), so the hot flashes are even more not fun. I don't think I've had fully dry clothes for a week. I'm starting to wish that I could dress like my avatar. But then people would cry or barf!
