My ex wouldn't let me see my kids and my boyfriend had to work, so I just stayed in and meditated.

I need to start meditating fr. I find it so easy to do when I'm outside in the middle of nowhere but inside in my loud ass neighborhood it's... harder.

Today is so hot. Like it feels more like a mild windy summer afternoon instead of NOVEMBER. i had to go out to clean up the lotus pot of icky leaves and stuff and I was sweating.
