Yep. I generally don't like those kinds of games, but it's a lot of fun. Though if you're not used to it you'll probably want to try it on easy first. There are a lot of elements that aren't in other games that I play. Like ducking behind cover. It took me a bit to get used to that. lol.

But the storyline is well worth any difficulties that you have at the beginning.

I like a lot of games.
Fallout, Skyrim, Pokemon, Cooking Mama.

I like Skyrim too.
It was the first single-player game I played on pc ;)
The AC series came next.
Pokémon was one of the first games I played o.o
Fire Red. Never got to finish it though.

Currently, I'm mainly sticking to Warframe (pc), but I do have some console games and two MMOs on the pc.

I don't have a good PC for gaming.
I just do the consoles. Maybe one day I'll have a nice PC.

Yes, Pokemon was my gateway game to handheld games. It was the first one I owned myself. My first one was Yellow.

You never finished? So sad. I think that they have emulators for free online? If you ever want to try to finish it.

Cool! I rarely play multiplayer games because I suck at them. And people are mean online so I'm afraid to practice.

There are some good games with surprisingly low minimum requirements o.o

First game I played on the Gameboy was Kingdom Hearts ... never got to finish it too because my Gameboy advance died X.x

I tried the emulators ... but I still never got around to finishing the game XD

I currently own a ghost clan in Warframe, but we play it on the pc and there is currently no cross-platform feature ... so I can't help you there >.<
But if you're interested in trying it, it's a free-to-play game.
You can farm everything (except for tennogen stuff) in-game.

(I forgot. The things I remember that you can only get by buying platinum are color palettes [except for seasonal ones] and tennogen stuff [steam-designed items], and skins.)

An example of some items that most games would want you to pay for are costumes and deluxe characters

Costumes in Warframe are skins and helmets. The interesting thing is that helmets are sometimes given as a reward in alert missions.

A Prime Frame (something like a deluxe character or something), for example, can be farmed. My prime frame was gifted to me by a friend. He farmed the void looking for the parts, gave me the blueprints, and I built it.
