Yay or nay for back pain lol? XD or waist pain, at this point it’s all the same.

Right now the back hurts from the base of my skull on down. Add to that the hips and the right shoulder.

Yeah I was in such pain this morning, I just gave up sleeping lol.
I had another appointment with the massage therapist again. He keeps teaching me ways to loosen up my back with certain exercises but I feel like I’m doing them wrong and making things worse lol.
Guess it’s just eating more robax for me then lol.

I have to remember to start doing the one for the lower back again. But I haven't been given any exercises for the other. Just the chiropractor trying to find a way for me to have a hot bath and some massage time. (tiny tub, and small income)

My tuina massage therapist said that he once went to a western chiropractor and apparently he felt worse than when he came in lol. It’s too bad he couldn’t massage himself lol.

This guy is good. I was just that tied up in knots this time. He can even adjust my jaw, which I haven't seen other chiros being able to do.

It’s funny that different ppl say different things. Like a traditional Chinese doctor specializing in tuina massages said that western chiro made him feel worse lol.
(Essentially, tuina is all about massaging the right acupoints I think)

Not all chiropractors are the same. They don't even all use the same technique. Like I said, the one I see now is the only one I can remember who knows how to fix clicky jaw joints.

so i just finished my fourth tuina massage and after all of them, my back is soooo much better.
