And then they realize I don't get it and try writing it toward me and it works just a bit better.

As a side note, I write the date so little lately that I never remember it when I need to write it.

Yeah I write the date so infrequently these days. So I have to check my closest device to see what the date is lol.

Exactly that. Or ask the person who wants me to write the date in the first place. At least they usually know.

Is there a way somehow to set up something like an automatic daily reminder email to myself? With whatever text I choose? And then I can change it as needed?

I'm having so much trouble with troth token streaks.... and I could use it for daily to-do lists, too.

like, "Hey you, have you taken your pills today? No? Go get them then! And go collect your troth tokens on KofK too while you're at it!"
or, "Remember that goal of writing at least two letters a day until you're caught up? Go write those now!"
Or whatever else.

Don't you have this function on your phone's calendar/agenda/whatever?
Because the easy way would be to set it as a recurring task and set a notification for that task. Problem being that notifications on your phone disappear.

As for my TT streak, I think I've been at it for more than a year. Don't know how I even managed to keep my head straight enough to be able to do it even in the hospital XD

Well, I indeed have had cases where they didn't. And when they want me to start counting in eras I'm definitely lost. I know when I'm born and that's more than enough.
