Speaking of zoos, my daughter had her first volunteer day at our local zoo. She got to be in the penguin area of the aquarium and she got to talk about the king penguin and showed off a hollowed out egg.
Yes. Kids. Mine's a super smart ass. She can also be brutal. When she was younger she told me she liked my singing. Then she heard a song from Ariana Grande and thought she was the voice of a Disney Princess. I told her who she was and then I said she never said I sounded like a Disney Princess and she said I was more like a Disney Villain. XD Ouch. I mean I know I don't have a great voice, but she was a little kid and always complemented my singing. Kids. I swear.
