You can teleport! You must have personally visited a place before, though. Otherwise you can't go there instantly. But once you have been to an area once, you can always visit again!

You can move things around without moving anything at all. You drive people crazy at parties because you always move the snack table in to the bathroom.

You can see in a higher dimension than your average person.

You can temporarily fog peoples' vision.
It's not that you move too fast to see, it's that you can slow down what they perceive.
