It's like reloading comp. Just works 
But maybe it's just something about that You've been logged in for a long time and site went crazy. Dunno. But if it happens often I think You should post about it in help forum.

This may be a dumb question, but, did you click the little box under the login info that says "stay logged in?" Sometimes I forget to tic that box and get kicked out 10 minutes later.

In fact it's not that dumb as I tend to do this when I'm in a hurry. Though I mostly immediately log out and back in with the box ticked.
