That is confusing. No wonder you have a hard time with numbers.
How similar are the numbers in the two languages? I know a little Spanish, but no Filipino.

I actually had to use google translate for this XD
Fifty is limampu in Filipino and cincuenta in Spanish.

And when they use these words, I'd have two count from one to ten until I reach a number that sounds similar XD

I'm sure with some practice you can get it down. It just might take a while. And you have to do it everyday.
